Henley Builders offers two types of Ranch Homes ~ Semi-Custom (Freedom Series) or Fully Custom. Semi-Custom homes are set plans which allow for some changes, such as changing room sizes and stair locations. The prices of these homes start lower due to the limited changes available.  Our Fully Custom homes allow you to take a floorplan and make major modifications to create a totally unique plan to fit your families' needs.
