We will beat any competitor’s price
by $500
or we’ll pay you $500!
Eligibility requirements:
- Home must include the
same construction & same brand name components throughout, so as to match
exactly what is offered by Henley Builders.
- Home must be a plan that
Henley Builders can replicate using the modular technology available to us
through Heckaman Homes.
- Home must be built in
an area within one of the following counties: Manistee, Mason, Oceana, Newaygo,
Muskegon, Mecosta.
- You must supply a component
and construction breakdown list, along with pricing, on a competitor’s letterhead,
for comparison.
- Competitors are required
to be licensed and insured residential builders in the State of Michigan.
Proof of licensing and insurance is required.
- Upon review of the competitor’s
pricing, components & construction, if the eligibility requirements are
met, Henley Builders will beat that price by $500.
- If we are unable to beat
the price, we will provide you with a coupon for $500. This coupon is valid
for 6 months. If within 6 months you have a competitor build you the same
home, which meets all of the eligibility requirements above, you can submit
your coupon, along with the required documentation as noted above. You must
also include a complete breakdown of all costs associated with the project
and a final bill from the competitor, marked “Paid in Full”. Upon review of
the documentation, if all eligibility requirements have been met, we will
send you a check in the amount of $500.
- The final bill and home
built must be identical to the project first submitted.
- Henley Builders reserves
the right to inspect the home for comparison to the documentation provided.
