Cape Cod style homes are one of our most popular home styles.  Cape Cod's are fully custom plans, which means we can make major modifications to any plan to create a totally custom layout to fit the needs of your family and lifestyle.

Cape Cod homes can be finished on just the main floor, with the 2nd floor left unfinished and used as storage or future living space. Capes can also be fully finished on both the first and second floors to maximize your homes size and usage.  Second floors are finished on-site and usually include two bedrooms and a full bathroom.  Other second floor finishes are home office spaces, playrooms, family rooms and the like.
