We work with you to design the floorplan that will meet your needs. We also provide the BOCA Modular home from Heckaman Homes, and oversee the set of the home on the foundation by crane.
You handle the site work and line up all the subcontractors. We will provide you with a list of requirements as well as a finish guide, describing all the work that needs to be completed.
Our B.Y.O.B. program can get you into a home for thousands less. Whether you complete the work yourself, or hire your own subcontractors, the result is the same. You get a quality built home for less!
